Abstract

Aged population and health related to elderly have become the main focus in most countries. Different modes of training has been tasted regarding to find the best way for increasing elderly muscle mass and strength which leads to their health status such as different intensities. As a result of authors funding, high interval intensity training (HIIT) has greater improve on muscle strength, balance and functional mobility of the elderly in shorter period of time compare to the other modes.
